I have been going to Ravenna for about 8 years now, and I love it. Super clean, festive decor, cozy and upscale atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and kind. Christine the owner always has a smile, and sets the tone for the salon. Easy to get appts and easy parking right out front. Linda is my nail tech, she is conscientious and thorough, a hard worker and cares about her clients. Tanya is also excellent. Highly recommend Ravenna, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

had an excellent experience at Ravenna Nails Spa and would absolutely return. Kathy, the nail technician who did both my manicure and pedicure, delivered truly outstanding service. She was highly communicative, flexible, and attentive throughout the entire appointment, and the outcomes were impeccable. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. What I appreciated most was the team’s willingness to accommodate a unique request. Although the salon typically splits manicures and pedicures between two technicians unless booked in advance, I politely requested that Kathy complete both services. Management was easily accessible and, after a brief initial hesitation, ultimately approved my request once it was clear Kathy was available—and I’m glad they did. The coordination felt respectful and client-centered. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and quality delivered. Overall: excellent results, thoughtful communication, and a professional team. I plan to return and would gladly request Kathy again.
